After the treatment agent is formulated successfully, it is also necessary to evaluate the spinnability, weaving ability and stability of the treatment agent under different temperatures and humidity throughout the year. When the primer is used for 1-2 years, the formulation of the primer is changed with the introduction of new spinning equipment." On November 16, Zheng Guo, director of Tianjin Textile Fiber Interface Treatment Technology Engineering Center, who has been engaged in treatment agent research and development for 30 years, introduced the difficulties of treatment agent research and development at the annual meeting of China Chemical Fiber Industry Association on oil additives and masterbatch and industrial chain technology exchange seminar held online.

This research and development process is comparable to the processing agent of "Lengxiang pills" in "A Dream of Red Mansions". It is a well-known chemical fiber oil agent and auxiliary agent in the industry. Together with fiber masterbatch, they are known as an important innovation factor in the chemical fiber industry, which plays a very important role in improving the differentiation and functional level of Chinese chemical fiber products and promoting the high-quality development of the industry. In order to accelerate the development of new technologies, processes and products in the chemical fiber oil additives and masterbatch industry, grasp the agglomeration of innovation factors in the upstream and downstream of the industrial chain, promote the coordinated development of the industry, and promote the application of domestic key raw materials and auxiliary materials, the conference was organized by China Chemical Fiber Industry Association and hosted by China Chemical Fiber Industry Association Oil Additives Branch and Chemical Fiber Masterbatch Branch. The substitution process of oil agent agent is urgent

As important raw materials, chemical fiber oil additives and masterbatch are important innovation factors of chemical fiber industry, and play an active role in promoting the high-quality development of chemical fiber industry in our country. In 2021, China's output of chemical fiber will reach 65.24 million tons, accounting for more than 70% of the world's total, and it will take the leading position in the world in terms of scientific and technological innovation, product structure, green manufacturing and intelligent level. In terms of chemical fiber oil additives, the total demand for chemical fiber oil additives has reached nearly 800,000 tons, and the process of domestic production of chemical fiber oil additives has been accelerating. Polyester staple fiber and polyester DTY oil have basically achieved self-sufficiency supply, polyester POY, FDY and nylon oil have made breakthroughs in domestic production, and the development and application of high-performance fiber oil and additives such as carbon fiber and arylon have made progress.

Although we have made some achievements in domesticization, it is undeniable that the import dependency of some of our oil agent auxiliaries is still more than 70%, even more than 90%. China Chemical Fiber Industry Association has conducted research on chemical fiber oil production enterprises and chemical fiber spinning enterprises. The results show that currently some Chinese enterprises have independent technology in the field of oil production, filling the domestic gap, instead of some imported chemical fiber oil agent. In the oil application enterprises, in addition to some enterprises can realize their own supply, most of the polyester, nylon and viscose enterprises need oil from imports, while spandex enterprises import oil accounts for a relatively low proportion.

Cui Li, research and development manager of Xinfengming Group, introduced that at present, the domestic technology of most polyester FDY and DTY oils has been mature, and there are many industrialization cases. Polyester staple fiber oils have also initially met the high-quality development needs of some enterprises, but some polyester filament oils still need to be imported, and lack of targeted and high-quality fiber special oils, such as polyliphilic agents.

Zheng Guo, director of Tianjin Textile Fiber Interface Treatment Technology Engineering Center, put forward her own experience from the perspective of speeding up the localization of high-performance fiber treatment agent. She said that China's high performance fiber has made great progress in the past ten years, but there is still a significant gap with Japan, the United States and other developed countries in terms of product performance stability, production cost, scale and application level. The main common scientific problems include the interface treatment agent applied on the fiber surface. This research can provide strong support for the industrialization development of high performance fiber. However, it is more difficult to replace high-performance fiber treatment agent domestically than civilian fiber treatment agent, because most production enterprises are in the stage of exploration and improvement of technology, process and equipment. She suggested that the localization of high-performance fiber treatment agent should be put on the agenda as soon as possible.

Multi - oil additives with stable performance and function are popular

So domestic oil additives and imported oil additives in the end what kind of gap? Application enterprises need what kind of oil agent additives? Accurate understanding of the gap and demand can be targeted to improve domestic products. To this end, the meeting invited the representatives of colleges and universities and some oil additives application enterprises to talk about the problems encountered in the production, and put forward research and development suggestions for oil additives manufacturers.

Ji Peng, associate researcher of Textile Science and Technology Innovation Center of Donghua University, pointed out that at present, most of China's functional fiber material varieties are in the running stage, and have obvious competitive advantages in the low-cost aspect. In the future, it will develop to high-end, diversified, new fields, high technology and ecology, and corresponding oil additives are needed to boost its high-quality development.
