     Introduction:

l  This is electret masterbatch with PP carrier, as core material for meltblown nonwoven fabric used for filter layer of medical masks and N95 masks.

l  The filter efficiency(BFE and PFE) of the meltblown nonwovens with electret masterbatch and treated by electret generator is greatly improved. This is because the electrostatic effect of these electret materials caused by electrets greatly improves the electrostatic adsorption capacity of the materials. When particles pass through the vicinity of electret fibers, they will be strongly adsorbed(BFE and PFE arrive at 95%-99%).

l  The meltblown nonwovens with this electret masterbatch can be used for N95/KN95/FFP2 masks.

Instruction of Usage：

l  Mixed fully and evenly with PP materials at proper ratio.

l  Then electrets generator charges the nonwoven fabrics from production line.
