Chemical fiber masterbatch classification methods commonly used are the following:
By carrier classification: such as PE Color Masterbatch, PP Color Masterbatch, ABS Color Masterbatch, TPU Color Masterbatch, EVA Color Masterbatch, TPE Color Masterbatch, PET Color Masterbatch, TPEE Seaweed Color Masterbatch, etc.
According to the use of classification: such as wire and cable color masterbatch, injection masterbatch, blow molding masterbatch, casting lacquer masterbatch, TPU blown film masterbatch, spinning yarn masterbatch
The varieties can be divided into different grades, such as:
1. Advanced injection of chemical fiber masterbatch:
For cosmetics packaging, toys, electrical shell and other advanced products.
2. ordinary injection of chemical fiber masterbatch:
For electronic plastic parts, plug pieces, environmental protection plastic products, industrial containers, and so on.
3. Advanced blown film chemical masterbatch:
For ultra-thin TPU products blown film coloring.
4. ordinary blown film chemical masterbatch:
For general bags, woven bags of blow molding coloring.
5. Spinning Chemical Masterbatch:
For textile fiber spinning coloring, color masterbatch fine particles, high concentration, strong coloring, heat resistance, good light resistance.
6. Non-environmentally friendly chemical masterbatch:
Used in the manufacture of color quality and environmental protection requirements of the plastic products, such as trash, low-level containers.
7. Special chemical fiber masterbatch:
Is based on the user specified for the plastic products, the use of the same plastic as a carrier made by the masterbatch. Such as TPU Color Masterbatch, TPEE Color Masterbatch were selected TPU, TPEE as a carrier.
8. General chemical fiber masterbatch
General Chemical Masterbatch: A resin (often a low melting point PE or EVA) is used as a carrier, but it can be applied to other resins other than the carrier resin.
General chemical fiber masterbatch is relatively simple and convenient, but the more shortcomings, it is recommended that users choose a special color masterbatch.
Special heat-resistant masterbatch heat-resistant grade is generally used for the plastic products, in the normal temperature, you can rest assured that use. Only in the following circumstances will cause varying degrees of discoloration, one temperature beyond the normal range, one downtime is too long.
9. Chemical fiber masterbatch coloring and granulation compared to color has the following advantages:
9.1. Coloring and processing of finished products to complete, to avoid granulation coloring of the plastic heating process, to protect the quality of plastic products are good.
9.2. The most simple production process of plastic products.
9.3. Can save a lot of power
