At the meeting, the relevant person in charge of the Haining Branch of the Jiaxing Municipal Ecological Environment Bureau interpreted the new "Solid Waste Law" and conducted training on the standardized management of solid waste. Require printing and dyeing enterprises to improve their ideological understanding, standardize the disposal of solid waste, and do the "five ones": implement a standardized warehouse, clarify a manager, make good use of a set of information systems, establish a set of standardized ledger, and formulate an emergency plan .

Zhang Zhenhao, Secretary-General of Haining Printing and Dyeing Industry Association, announced the "Proposal on Further Strengthening the Management of Hazardous Waste and Solid Waste in Haining Printing and Dyeing Enterprises", advising that printing and dyeing enterprises in the city should focus on the responsibility system, management organization, risk investigation, storage facilities, and standardized disposal. On the one hand, we will strengthen solid waste management and defend our "green water and green mountains" with practical actions. The heads of 44 member companies signed the proposal.
