The "Quick Maintenance Center" will integrate functions such as rapid rights protection, rapid pre-examination of pattern design patents, and intellectual property public services to realize unified management and services of intellectual property rights such as copyrights, patents, trademarks, and trade secrets. Specifically, the center will interconnect and share data with the State Intellectual Property Office to provide enterprises with a channel for patent protection of fabric designs. The authorization period has been compressed from the past 6 to 8 months to 7 days. At the same time, the center will also introduce a number of intellectual property public service agencies and market-oriented service agencies to provide enterprises with intellectual property pledge financing, intellectual property custody and other services to achieve multi-functional cross-level, cross-department, and cross-category "one-stop" processing .

According to data, in 2020, 45 patents and 4 trademarks of 18 enterprises in Keqiao District were pledged by banks, and the registered amount of intellectual property pledge contracts reached 1.27 billion yuan, an increase of 296.9% over the entire year of 2019, ranking the forefront of the province. .
