From June 28th to 29th, the deputy director of the China Textile Bureau, Jin Sijin, and Li Bing, deputy researcher of the Fiber Quality Supervision Department of the China National Fiber Corporation, accompanied by Chen Jian, chief engineer of the Provincial Fiber Inspection Bureau, went to Mianyang to investigate the fiber inspection work. The research team listened to the report on the work of fiber inspection in Mianyang City, and inspected Mianyang Tianhong Silk Co., Ltd. and Mianyang Jialian Jiayu Printing and Dyeing Co., Ltd. to investigate the development of fiber products industry such as silkworm cocoons and textiles in Mianyang City. Mianyang Tianhong Silk Co., Ltd. is a leading agricultural industrialization enterprise in the province. It is mainly engaged in the acquisition of silkworm cocoons and raw silk production. In 2017, it has nearly 70,000 silkworms, more than 2,900 tons of fresh silkworm cocoons, more than 200 tons of raw silk, and an output value of 260 million yuan. To help sericulture households increase their income by more than 20 million yuan. After a detailed understanding of the development of the Mianyang fiber inspection work, the research team fully affirmed the achievements of the Mianyang City fiber inspection work in recent years, and requested the Mianyang City Fiber Inspection Institute to further enhance the inspection capability, vigorously cultivate the inspection talent team, and actively serve the local economic development.
