Liquid masterbatch is also called color oil and color paste. It is produced with liquid resin carrier, pigments, a small amount of dispersant by grinding and dispersing process through the role of a grinder or a high-speed disperser.

Features of Liquid masterbatch:

1.Without heating and rebuilding granules, the loss of materials is prevented.

2.With good dispersion, the demoulding property is improved, and the color changing period is short.

3.It has higher dyeing strength and gloss.

Application of Liquid masterbatch:

High-grade products such as high surface finish (blown film injection), fineness of pigments, high dispersion (PP melt-blown non-woven fabric) and some high-performance fibers (PA coloring).
