Today, plastic products are ubiquitous in life. Most plastic products require performance according to the characteristics of the plastic itself. Open masterbatch

It mainly enhances the smoothness of the surface of the film, prevents the bond between the film and the film, increases the opening property of the film, and also has certain antistatic properties.

 

2. Antireflective masterbatch

It is mainly used to improve the transparency of plastic products, such as PP products, without any odor, safe, environmentally friendly, non-toxic, non-yellowing, and can improve processing speed, increase production efficiency and reduce production costs.

 

3. Smooth masterbatch

It can be used in the production of PE film, adjusts the smoothing effect and prevents adhesion, has good anti-blocking performance and smoothing performance, does not affect the strength of the product and dimensional stability under high temperature, and is odorless and non-toxic and can be used for food contact packaging materials.

 

4. Anti-aging masterbatch

It mainly prolongs the service life of the film by absorbing or blocking the ultraviolet rays which cause the aging of the film. The main constituent materials are: light stability, ultraviolet absorber, heat aging protection agent and the like.

 

5. Foaming masterbatch

It can be used to eliminate shrinkage marks, dents (shrinkage) on the surface of the part, reduce weight by foaming, and reduce the cost of raw materials, and is suitable for injection molding and extrusion processes.

 

6. Anti-rust masterbatch

The imported anti-rust masterbatch is made of imported gas phase rust inhibitor and carefully designed to prevent rusting and pulverizing of plastic parts in contact with metal inserts.

 

7. Water-absorbing masterbatch (moisture-proof, defoaming masterbatch)

It is mainly used to eliminate all problems such as bubbles, moiré, cracks and spots of plastic products caused by moisture, and has no adverse effect on the physical properties of the products, saving time and electricity, improving production efficiency and reducing costs. The masterbatch is non-toxic, has no peculiar smell, is non-corrosive, and is harmless to the human body.

 

8. Degradation masterbatch

It is widely used in PE, PP and other plastic products. After being added and used, products (such as agricultural film, bags, cups, plates, dishes, etc.) can be degraded by themselves, without any pollution to the natural environment. Degraded masterbatch meets the relevant national standards and reaches the international advanced level. It is a high-tech environmentally friendly product that eliminates white pollution.

 

9. Scented masterbatch

Mainly used in plastic toys, daily necessities and other products with special odor requirements, using food-grade flavor as raw material, safe and environmentally friendly, green and non-toxic, harmless to the human body, fragrance time up to 10-12 months.
