In the combing process, the spinning of long-staple cotton is particularly important. In order not to break the fibers, the combing of the cotton is reduced on the premise of ensuring the quality of the product, and the cost of the raw material of the ton of yarn is reduced.

 

First of all, the drafting ratio of the combing preparation process should not be too large to prevent the sliver from being too cooked. The yarn quality of the final product was: the dry CV value was 16.1%, the detail was 86/km, the thick section was 202/km, and the neps was 192/km.
